DESCRIPTION:kdl-parser-src: The Kinematics and Dynamics Library (KDL) defines a tree structure    to represent the kinematic and dynamic parameters of a robot    mechanism. <tt>kdl_parser</tt> provides tools to construct a KDL    tree from an XML robot representation in URDF.
